Engr. Imran Sheikh is a highly experienced and dynamic Managing Director with over 24 years of expertise in power generation, electrical engineering, and industrial project management. He has successfully led and delivered multiple national and international projects, contributing significantly to business growth through strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic execution.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and has completed several professional short courses at both national and international levels, including advanced training in power systems, project management, and industrial engineering.
He possesses hands-on practical experience in the successful execution and installation of 50 MW power generation projects, along with multiple 35 MW-scale projects, demonstrating his strong capability in managing large-scale and complex energy infrastructure.
Under his leadership, M/s Euro Tech Engineering & Services has officially expanded its operations into the United Kingdom and Australia, strengthening its position as an international engineering and power solutions provider. Additionally, the company has successfully executed a 6 MW HFO-based power project in Afghanistan on a complete EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) basis, further reflecting its growing global footprint.

Engr. Obaid-Ur-Rahman Khan Kamal Zai

Engr. Obaid-Ur-Rahman Khan Kamal Zai is a highly accomplished Professional Electrical Engineer with over 46 years of diversified experience in power systems, electrical infrastructure, engineering consultancy, project execution, monitoring, supervision and technical management.
He has served for more than 28 years with NESPAK and retired as General Manager / Head – Electrical. His career also includes extensive experience with WAPDA, NPCC, PEL and major electrification and power infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
His expertise covers power generation, transmission and distribution, substations, switchgear, protection and control systems, SCADA, electrical design, feasibility studies, tendering, contract evaluation, project management, testing and commissioning, with experience across systems from 11 kV to 500 kV.
Engr. Obaid-Ur-Rahman has worked on numerous World Bank and Asian Development Bank-funded projects and possesses strong knowledge of international procurement procedures, as well as PEC, PPRA and SPPRA requirements.
His international technical exposure includes Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), inspection, technical evaluation and quality assessment of electrical equipment at leading international manufacturers and OEMs, including Siemens, ABB, Hyundai, AREVA and other major global manufacturers.

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Engr. Obaid-Ur-Rahman was involved in major rural and urban electrification projects, including a SAR 67 million project comprising 132/33/13.8 kV grid stations and associated interconnecting transmission lines.

He possesses strong command over project operations, including inventory control, documentation, SOP compliance, and technical drawings, ensuring structured, efficient, and quality-driven project delivery.
A qualified Mechanical Engineer, he has also completed multiple professional short courses to further strengthen his technical and managerial competencies.
Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered 100+ projects across Pakistan ranging from 500 KVA to 4 MW, demonstrating strong field expertise, leadership, and execution excellence.
Ramiz Rahim, FCA

Ramiz is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), bringing over 15 years of finance leadership experience across Pakistan and the Gulf region, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
